BSOD IRQL issue

my laptop have this issue where this it would Blue screen for some reasons

a few months ago i had the same error which i thought was because of my RAM so i replaced it, but it seems to have the same error again and im not sure why its doing it

the error i see is IRQL_not_less_or_equal

i assume its has something to do with my window or something else and im starting to run out of options

    That is correct, you only need to enable that on the C drive, it is just a precaution.

    So i have done according to above but it seems it didnt created a minidump file

    Even in the reliability monitor it didnt show up as critical events

    Is there a step i missed?

    Did you follow the steps on the link to enable Driver Verifier to test all 3rd party drivers, not Microsoft drivers.

    Yes i did, but there was one that i was confused on

    There was a driver that the provider was windows

    Should i have just not included it?

    That is correct, just enable verifier to check 3rd party drivers.
