Are you overclocking your processor, or is there an XMP (DOCP) profile set on your RAM in BIOS?

my laptop have this issue where this it would Blue screen for some reasons
a few months ago i had the same error which i thought was because of my RAM so i replaced it, but it seems to have the same error again and im not sure why its doing it
the error i see is IRQL_not_less_or_equal
i assume its has something to do with my window or something else and im starting to run out of options

If i never touched it shouldn't it be not overclocked by default?
