BSOD IRQL issue

my laptop have this issue where this it would Blue screen for some reasons

a few months ago i had the same error which i thought was because of my RAM so i replaced it, but it seems to have the same error again and im not sure why its doing it

the error i see is IRQL_not_less_or_equal

i assume its has something to do with my window or something else and im starting to run out of options

How do i check it from BIOS?

If i never touched it shouldn't it be not overclocked by default?

That new minidump file also listed a driver associated to your AMD processor caused that crash.

Are you overclocking your processor, or is there an XMP (DOCP) profile set on your RAM in BIOS?

Well it seems it has crashed again with the error code

System_service_exception again

I have attached the new dmp file on the same Google drive

I see, can you give me a few examples of apps that can help with analyzing it?

I want to try to read it myself as im kinda curious whats the problem with this laptop since i have had this error for years now and im kinda curious and i want to read it myself
