Windows 11 reached end of service

Down in the system tray, it shows "Your version of Windows 11 has reached end of service. Click to download a newer version of Windows 11 to stay updated."

When I click on it, the Windows Update window opens. Its states You're Up to Date but under it, it shows "Your device is missing important security updates. Make sure to keep device on and plugged in so updates can complete.

I am not sure how to resolve.

    Thanks John but I am stuck with no TPM version 2 with no possibility to upgrade to it and no ability to do a secure boot. I don't know how the man who refurbished the computer was able to get windows 11 on it. So I'll just have to live with it until I can upgrade to another computer. - mary

    Trusted Platform Module (TPM)

    You have to hop into Bios and enable the TPM.

    This may be very useful information for most other people, but I would not feel safe trying to do this myself. I will be waiting until I get my PC guru to look at my laptop; most likely will simply buy a new one.

    Trust me, it’s simple. I felt like you, at first. I thought that I would break my gaming PC. I finally had enough and did it. It’s not hard and it saves spending money that you may not need too.

    I have the TPM enabled in the bios but it is the 1.3 and I cannot upgrade it so i am stuck. It also refuses to allow a secure boot. :(
