Windows 11 reached end of service

Down in the system tray, it shows "Your version of Windows 11 has reached end of service. Click to download a newer version of Windows 11 to stay updated."

When I click on it, the Windows Update window opens. Its states You're Up to Date but under it, it shows "Your device is missing important security updates. Make sure to keep device on and plugged in so updates can complete.

I am not sure how to resolve.

    Installing the 23H2 Enablement Package that @Tekkie Boy recommended worked for me.

    I am on a little older Dell Optiplex 7040 that I did a clean install of Windows 11 on a while ago using the Media Creation Tool but just recently I noticed Windows telling me my version of Windows (21H2) was now unsupported. When I ran the Windows 11 PC Check tool it flagged the system for both TPM 2.0 and the processor (6th Generation Core i5-6600).

    After checking Dells support site I was able to get a firmware update utility to get my TPM updated to 2.0 software wise but Windows 11 only supports back to 8th Generation Core processors and Windows still wouldn't update.

    However, after installing the 23H2 Enablement Packaged linked above and then a quick reboot - I hit Windows Update and it immediately started downloading/installing the 23H2 update without any further complaining. It appears now I am fully up to date... at least for now!

    To see if there is a 24H2 safeguard hold for your system, please do the following:

    Open an admin Command Prompt and run this command:

    CompatTelRunner.exe -m:appraiser.dll -f:DoScheduledTelemetryRun

    Wait for 2-3 minutes for the task to complete execution.

    Then, run this command:

    REG QUERY "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TargetVersionUpgradeExperienceIndicators" /s

    Post the output here.

    I have the TPM enabled in the bios but it is the 1.3 and I cannot upgrade it so i am stuck. It also refuses to allow a secure boot. :(

    Trust me, it’s simple. I felt like you, at first. I thought that I would break my gaming PC. I finally had enough and did it. It’s not hard and it saves spending money that you may not need too.
