Windows 11 reached end of service

Down in the system tray, it shows "Your version of Windows 11 has reached end of service. Click to download a newer version of Windows 11 to stay updated."

When I click on it, the Windows Update window opens. Its states You're Up to Date but under it, it shows "Your device is missing important security updates. Make sure to keep device on and plugged in so updates can complete.

I am not sure how to resolve.

    First off, I find it fascinating that the Windows Updater tool cannot update Windows by itself, and that I have to google this issue and download an exe off the internet.

    Secondly, I find it amazing that I download this tool and it tells me I need to download PC Health Checker before I can run it, a tool that just quickly says, "you are compatible for Windows 11!" while I'm literally in Windows 11.

    Like, could you imagine for a moment having to do this on MacOS? I bet you can't, cause MacOS has good UX and doesn't require to you download two other executables off websites to update itself.

    But lastly:

    This Windows 11 Installation Assistant can't finish for an unknown reason. It gets to about 11% installed, and then says "Something went wrong." and tells me to try again. I wish I could give more info, but that is all it says. And all the restarting in the world won't make it run successfully.

    Just an FYI - no good news on this.

    Spent the last couple hours with Windows chat help and they found (I think to their surprise) my CPU could not make the jump from Version 21H2 to 24H2. They took control of my machine and tried to reinstall the new Windows 11 iso, but advised that I will need to upgrade my CPU and motherboard in order to stay updated.

    So, I'll be saying goodbye to my 6th generation Intel Core i7-6950X CPU @ 3.00GHz

    What is the solution for ARM-based versions of Windows 11? The Windows 11 Installation Assistant shows to only work on x64. I am running Win11 ARM in a Parallels VM (supported by Microsoft) on Apple Silicon and am getting the same message.
