How do you revert back? I'm having the same issue.
Using Phone Link on computer it creates a group in chat - and does not send message to recipient
Phone is up to date
Computers are both up to date with MS update
BUT
Using Phone Link when I send a message to one of the people I message often rather than send message it creates a group. (see below)
On my phone it then shows as a group chat - which I can't edit
Works fine on my phone - but not on Phone Link - on both computers I own. Screenshot of how it ends up below.
I also have quite a few messages where both the name of recipient and my phone number comes up - just a bit of a pain.
I'd really appreciate any help on this
Thanks heaps
Gary

2025-02-15T01:06:22+00:00 I don't think it is an RCS issue - i just tested with RCS turned off and the grouping problem persists. It is completely frustrating and I agree with everyone else who is saying it makes messages on Phonelink unusable. Microsoft PLEASE fix this ASAP

2025-02-13T05:17:47+00:00 Hi all. I wonder if this is an RCS chat issue. I've just rest my RCS and it looks as though it doubles up when I use RCS chat.
Is this the same for others
As noted if it is RCS then Microsoft does need to sort this
Thanks

2025-02-10T00:02:23+00:00 I think we all do, however phonelink have a ton of other features other than messaging so I would like to be able to use it again

2025-02-09T23:21:47+00:00 My initial response was back in December and I've now stopped using Phone link.
Someone on here suggested Google message for Web, and it's much better. I'll just use that from now on and ditch Phone link.
