Microsoft release version updates once per year via windows update. When they are not installed or fail to install check update history) once the version is out of support update seem to stop.
Version 21H2 and 22H2 are out of support so if not updated that may be the reason. Or windows update has a problem which could relate to hardware and/or driver support.
Check to make sure the hardware bios and drivers are up to date. Check update history to see if version updates have failed to install in the past.
If it cannot be fixed by using the reinstall option in Settings > System > Recovery then go to Download Windows 11 and use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant.
Failing that download an ISO image file and use the in-place upgrade/repair option detailed for Windows 10 in the following link. Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade | Tutorials the process is the same for Windows 10 and 11 but for Windows 11 use the Download Windows 11
