Can someone help me out here? After I updated my Windows software on my laptop this evening, I got a message saying "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". This really confuses me because I'm on Windows 11 and I got a new laptop literally 2 months ago and I barely even used 10-15% of it's total memory space on my C Drive.

Does anyone know what's going on here? Does this mean I won't be able to get security updates for my Windows on my new laptop? Am I going to have to pay more money just to get Windows to work properly and stay up-to-date? I'm feeling very concerned.

    Careful, there has been a host of issues with 24 coming to light now. But that's just from IT to IT practitioner talk here, I am no expert.

    I am having an issue with an end user device that is on Win 11 22h2 OS: 22621.4317, throwing the same error as the other folks here. I have not encountered this until now and it is only on this one device. I have seen the enablement package but have never used it, and because of the nature of whose device is having the issue was hesitant until talking to a peer.

    Is that the recommendation?

    I am having the same issue with Windows 11. My version is 21H2. I have installed all updates and restarted the computer.

    I have Windows 11 22H2. I am having issues as of last week where Windows Update no longer works any longer. I will be trying to update it to 24H2 as soon as possible. I did try to run the Windows troubleshooter but it didn’t seem to work. I may end up reinstalling Windows 11 and see if that works or if I receive an error message.

    There is the option in Windows 11 to reinstall via Settings > System > Recovery > Fix errors using windows update > Reinstall now.

    Have you tried that option.

    Systems on 21H2 will show as out of support now as they should have had 22H2 or 23H2 in previous years.

    Were the devices supplied with Windows 11 and are fully supported hardware wise.?
