Can someone help me out here? After I updated my Windows software on my laptop this evening, I got a message saying "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". This really confuses me because I'm on Windows 11 and I got a new laptop literally 2 months ago and I barely even used 10-15% of it's total memory space on my C Drive.

Does anyone know what's going on here? Does this mean I won't be able to get security updates for my Windows on my new laptop? Am I going to have to pay more money just to get Windows to work properly and stay up-to-date? I'm feeling very concerned.

    In the Recovery options under Settings > System , select Advanced startup options.

    Select Advanced options>Troublshoot>UEFI firmware settings.

    In that, look for Intel PTT under the Security section if it is an Intel Device, or fTPM if it is an AMD.

    I was able to make a bootable DVD from the windows assistant with version 24H2. I had a dual boot system on an NVME M.2 with Windows 10 and another one NVME M.2 with Windows 11 22H2. After booting up with the 24H2 on the Windows 10 NVME disk. everything started working again but it’s going to take about 2-4 hours or more to reload all the apps and set up the configuration.

    The best approach I have practiced, is to joins the Insider Programme (the recommended is Dev Channel, it is relatively more stable than the rest.), and then you will receive an update to the newest preview version of Windowes11 (mine is 23h2).
    Pls note that preview version are usually unstable, so you need to unscbscribe the insider programme after the dev channel update(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/leave-program).
    Then, not soon you will receive the newest stable update. This is how i managed to move my device from 21H2 to 23H2.

    regretfully the uefi was not there. imaybe because win11 21 h2 is already installed -not by me -the settings are all different.

    if i knew what i was doing maybe i could find another way in ?
