I have been having more problems with Microsoft lately, but this troubleshooting steps actually resolved two issues for me.
One, I was able to get on version 24H2.
I followed the steps and updated all drivers through Dell Support Assistant. There was a BIOS update. I did not see any failed updates in my history. I tried running troubleshooting through Settings > System > Recovery to fix issues and ultimately did the reinstall through the same troubleshooting options. However, that all did not, work. It did change my build number for 22H2, but it did not allow me to update to 24H2. The last saving grace was to Download Windows 11 and use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant as mentioned previously.
Two, I was able to turn on Core Isolation Memory Integrity. I no longer got the message of incompatible drivers and then it would not list any.
Windows 11 will not show incompatible drivers
It is pretty sad that the simple function on windows update has gotten this complicated, but I appreciate al those on this thread. neilpzz
