Can someone help me out here? After I updated my Windows software on my laptop this evening, I got a message saying "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". This really confuses me because I'm on Windows 11 and I got a new laptop literally 2 months ago and I barely even used 10-15% of it's total memory space on my C Drive.

Does anyone know what's going on here? Does this mean I won't be able to get security updates for my Windows on my new laptop? Am I going to have to pay more money just to get Windows to work properly and stay up-to-date? I'm feeling very concerned.

    Hi sp

To be honest I don’t know . I’m ok with the pc but……laptop ! I bought them less than 3 years ago and an i7 motherboard 2 month ago ago but it’s not got the t.p.m. That windows wants.

    I suggest .

A/ check how old the motherboard is.

B/ take it to a computer shop and ask if they can update the bios.

You say it’s new ? But from who did you buy it…?

    Sorry no more help.

    Regards

    M

I am running Windows 11 22H2, showing the same error as yours. I want to upgrade it to 24H2 but it says my device does not support TPM2.0. But my PC was purchased early this year (CPU: 13th i9-13900H)

I got the ARM version updated to the current release. My problem was the downloaded ISO was on the Mac partition and I had mounted it from there and installed it from the Parallels Desktop VM. I moved the ISO inside the VM, mounted it, ran the setup, and it updated correctly. I should have caught this when it wouldn't let me mount the ISO inside the VM.

    Edition Windows 11 Pro

    Version 24H2

    Installed on ‎12/‎14/‎2024

    OS build 26100.1742

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.18.0

So what is the current version. If 21H2 or 22H2 then use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. Download Windows 11
