Can someone help me out here? After I updated my Windows software on my laptop this evening, I got a message saying "Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". This really confuses me because I'm on Windows 11 and I got a new laptop literally 2 months ago and I barely even used 10-15% of it's total memory space on my C Drive.

Does anyone know what's going on here? Does this mean I won't be able to get security updates for my Windows on my new laptop? Am I going to have to pay more money just to get Windows to work properly and stay up-to-date? I'm feeling very concerned.

I used MS Download Assistant. Took a long time 60mins+ but it worked first time. Shame I had to go off and find assistant rather than download directly after the hardware check.

After I successfully mounted the ISO and ran the Windows setup which then brought me up to 24H2, things are still as they were. If I were the cautious kind, I'd tell you to backup first, but so far, I did it without backup (mainly because I could reinstall everything if needed). But no reinstallation was needed - things were as good as I had left them to the best of my knowledge.

I too am having this issue, but I can't update? And would I click the learn more button? It brings me to nothing. Windows has terrible support in general. No wonder everybody hates windows too bad at such a big monopoly.

But you're saying, I can get some kind of windows installation assistant, and it'll fix this issue? Will I lose any of my data? My computer's pretty new. It's only like two years old.
