Dongle? You mean thumb drive I assume. If you're on a broadband internet connection, it won't take long at all. You just need to put the thumb drive that has Windows 11 installed on it into the USB port on your computer and boot up from that drive. It will do everything for you. It's not 8 hours of work to install Windows 11 on a broadband connection but it may take a lot of time to re-install all your software apps/programs that you need like Microsoft Office. Windows 11 does provide the option to install Microsoft Office 365 when you're initially installing it. You will have to pay for it after 6 months or so if you don't have a license. If you don't have the skills to install it, you can always ask someone to do it for you like Best Buy Geek Squad or a nearby computer store. Of course there's a cost for them to do it.
