No sorry. The processor is not supported so you cannot use the assistant.
Was the laptop brand new and supplied with Windows 11 from the manufacturer. I believe non supported hardware workarounds in 24H2 are being restricted.
Did someone install Windows 11 when it should have had Windows 10?
As you cannot use the assistant then you can try the ISO image file to carry out an in-place upgrade. However there may be issues even if it does work.
Download the ISO image from the same site you used to get the assistant and once downloaded open File Explorer and mount the ISO. You will see a new drive letter appear, select that and run setup then follow the prompts.
