    fix log here, should I run the windows repair again

    Please run the 3rd fixlist.txt.

    This tries to restore the Defender services and runs SFC.

    Share fixlog.txt.

    no, it says "Security at glance

    See what's happening with the security and health of your device and take any actions needed"

    and in settings in manage providers it says no providers below antivirus
