    it worked from 128.56, I entered 128,338, no error

    it showed 222.56 and now is 222.34 capacity

    Please post a screenshot of Disk Management.

    do you have a safe link to download the programs mentioned above? and also is a free software?

    You can download it from the official site. Yes, get the free version. https://www.diskpart.com/free-partition-manager.html

    Restart the system.
