I updated a desktop from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but windows update history shows as 23H2 and winver as well

I updated my desktop PC from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but Windows update history shows as 23H2 and Winver as well. Additionally, 24H2 was not shows on win update page.

Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    That's strange. Disk 2 is not even listed in the output.

    Please start Windows normally. Run "bcdedit" and post the output.

    1. The 1st part of the output is not shown in the screenshot. Suggest posting the full screenshot.
    2. Download Advancedrun from Nirsoft. https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/advanced_run.html

    Run AdvancedRun, and start cmd.exe as "TrustedInstaller".

    Then, run this command from TrustedInstaller Command Prompt.

    cd /d C:\ren EFI OLD.EFI
