I updated a desktop from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but windows update history shows as 23H2 and winver as well

I updated my desktop PC from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but Windows update history shows as 23H2 and Winver as well. Additionally, 24H2 was not shows on win update page.

Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    It's not the correct setupact.log file. Please run the setup using the ISO (see my earlier post) instead of Windows Update and post fresh logs.

    Hi Krasimir,

    The BCD needs to be fixed.

    Please query the BCD using the following command from admin Command Prompt:

    bcdedit /enum all

    Post the output.

    Then, run:

    reagentc /info

    Post the output.

    Hi Ramesh,

    please see below. I have x3 disks; the windows were cloned from SSD Samsing, and SSD Samsing was cloned from WD. I see that my letter is active and that it is not a system one.P.S. Please note that during the previous tests, the SSD and WD were disconnected to not cause interference.
