I updated a desktop from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but windows update history shows as 23H2 and winver as well

I updated my desktop PC from windows 23H2 to 24H2 but Windows update history shows as 23H2 and Winver as well. Additionally, 24H2 was not shows on win update page.

Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    Please attempt the 24H2 setup again. Post fresh logs if the setup still fails to complete.

    Hi Ramesh,

    everything went well no issues with space but failed in the first boot. Supposed because of the drive letter -mismatched C as system, but actually is F in the CMD. Image
