Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    Hi Ramesh,

yes, indeed, it is empty. I tried a few times to create new ones but logs were still empty. Strange.

However, I will try the recommendations and will return to you.

    Hi Krasimir,

The archive is completely empty. It looks like the Panther and Rollback logs were cleared.

Please use the ISO to upgrade to 24H2.

    1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

    1. Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".
    2. Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
    3. Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.

(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)

If the setup doesn't succeed, rerun the batch file and share fresh logs.

    Hi Krasimir, This is Ramesh.

The 24H2 update may have failed and the system rolled back to 23H2 automatically.

Please share your setup logs to help us determine why the setup failed.

The following batch file collects the setup logs and saves the zip file to your desktop.

    Download setuplogscollect.bat and run it.

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjVYLGw0OBWU4hhK-912luEn0-a...

It outputs a SetupLogs.zip file on your desktop.

Share the file on OneDrive and post the download link here.
