Hi Krasimir,

It's the same error again. Maybe you can consider resetting Windows with the Keep my Files option.

To reset Windows 11 keeping files, open Settings > Recovery, click “Reset PC,” select “Keep my files,” and “Cloud downoad.”

    Hi Krasimir,

I see you have Acronis installed. Please create an image backup of the OS partition and run the following fixlist.

    Running the FixList

    • Download fixlist.txt ([https://1drv.ms/t/s!AjVYLGw0OBWU4kHhRrE5gv4pkUF...](https://1drv.ms/t/s!AjVYLGw0OBWU4kHhRrE5gv4pkUFp?e=8xNdjK))

    • Save Fixlist.txt to the folder where FRST64English.exe is located.

    • Close all programs.

    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".

    • Restart Windows when prompted.

    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

The above fixlist removes some outdated drivers.

    Hi Krasimir,

0xc1900101 - 0x30017 is driver-related and can be difficult to troubleshoot. You may refer to an earlier case here:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    1. Please update the chipset drivers for your motherboard:

    https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B550-GAMIN...

    1. Download Driver Store Explorer (https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer) and run it. Export all drivers to a folder. Then, delete the outdated driver packages. Leave the "System" and "Storage" drivers intact.
    2. Run the Farbar scanner and share your logs.
    1. Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool 64-bit (FRST64.exe)

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farba...

Note: If Microsoft Edge or Chrome mislabels the Farbar Scanner executable as PUA/malware, choose to keep it by tapping … in the bottom bar, choosing Keep, and then choosing Keep anyway in the dialog that appears. See this screenshot: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/me...

    1. If the OS language is non-English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe.
    2. Run the program. Don't check or uncheck any options. Click "Scan".
    3. Zip the two logs, FRST.txt and Addition.txt, upload them to your OneDrive and share the link here.

    Note:

If you don't want to troubleshoot this, you can reset the PC with the Keep my files option. Your apps and settings will be wiped, though.

    Hi Krasimir, This is Ramesh.

The 24H2 update may have failed and the system rolled back to 23H2 automatically.

Please share your setup logs to help us determine why the setup failed.

The following batch file collects the setup logs and saves the zip file to your desktop.

    Download setuplogscollect.bat and run it.

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjVYLGw0OBWU4hhK-912luEn0-a...

It outputs a SetupLogs.zip file on your desktop.

Share the file on OneDrive and post the download link here.
