Cannot play Marvel Rivals because of "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system"

When I launch Marvel Rivals on Steam, a message pops up as below

"DirectX 12 is not supported on your system

Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system (version 1909 or later) and upgrade your graphics card driver.

Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580)."

Here's my current system.

  • Win 10 version 2004
  • Graphic GTX 1660S

Please help me check this issue.

    I got the same issue. Can you tell me what's wrong?

    I have the following:

    Device name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

    Manufacturer: Intel Corporation

    Chip Type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

    DAC Type: Internal

    Device Type: Full Display Device

    Approx. Total Memory: 1792 MB

    Display Memory: 480 MB

    Shared Memory: 1312 MB

    Current Display Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)

    Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

    HDR: Not supported
