For the Windows 11 home, I've tried a lot of things to try and get it back up and going, but nothing is working. My key isn't even a year old.
For the store, my Xbox app wouldn't detect my friends list and when i went to launch a game it couldn't sync my cloud data and said i wasn't signed in even though i was. i tried a lot of things as well for this to work, nothing. the last thing i tried was the app repair and reset which uninstalled it. i tried installing it back and the Microsoft store couldn't do it and would just say error and that you've found an issue and are working on it. and it wasn't just the Xbox app that i couldn't reinstall, it was also the game bar and the gaming services app. i had know issues with the app yesterday either.
I could really use the help.

so i tried doing the bios update and select the usb, but it just kept putting me back at the select boot menu for the uefi if mt windows
i also tried following the steps, but my bios doesn't have the things it says to disable. like it says to disable secure boot, but i don't have that option
Now that you mentioned secure boot, and I went back to look at your screenshot for msinfo32, you actually don't have secure boot enabled, which is a requirement for Windows 11. This can be while the .iso won't install.
At this point, would you consider backing up your files, enable secure boot in BIOS and do a clean install?

Yes, it should. Make sure you enable secure boot first. After that, Go to the computer's BIOS boot menu to have it boot from the USB drive that has the .iso file already. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows 11, making sure to choose "Custom install" and select the option to delete all existing partitions. Once the installation is complete, you'll have a clean installation of Windows 11 on your computer.
so do i still need the bios update or am i just backing up and doing the clean install?
