Windows Update says "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date. Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". How to update this, if this statement is true?

Thank you. The problem is not fixed, but I now understand why. Your suggestion for the Windows 11 Installation Assistant told me to run the Microsoft PC Help Check app, which I did.

PC Help Check says my PC (a sweet little compact PC cube I use an entertainment center on my living room TV) does not meet the minimum requirements to run the latest version of Windows 11. I need an i5 processor etc.

But I do not care. As long as I can continue to run Zoom and stream concerts and other streaming apps on the browser, I don't care if I ever get another Windows 11 update. In 2-3 years, I'll buy another mini PC hopefully to solve this problem.
