Windows Update says "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date. Your version of Windows has reached the end of service". How to update this, if this statement is true?

System Information says

Edition: Windows 11 Pro;

Version: 22H2

What do i need to do if this is true to update it? Doesn't look like the update button is even working.

All suggestions appreciated....

    I'm getting this same message, but when I try to run the Windows 11 Installation Assistant it just says "Windows 11 is already installed".

    This is a 4 year old surface pro 7. I patch it every month when the patches are released. This is clearly a Microsoft bug. What can I do to get this updated to current so that it can patch?
