New computer running windows 11. File explorer not showing preview for *.pes files (Brother Embroidery Software), but worked with no issues in Windows 10. Have read all of the potential solutions with no help. Appears file explorer cannot find the preview and may be associated with Onedrive, but not sure.
Contacted MS support and they said it was a 3rd party software issue and not a MS problem. They just ignored that everything worked fine in windows 10.
Would appreciate any help.

So maybe PES files are PDF files with a different extension. Installing a PDF viewer/editor on Windows 11 may help, but should not be necessary. My Windows 11 shows the flower icon with the thumbnails, indicating that the app is correctly providing the shell extensions.

Are you using the same installer that you sent to me?
I did notice there is a difference in the file icon in Windows Explorer between Win 10 and Win 11 which may explain the issue.
Win 10 shows the file icon as a PDF image and the Win 11 shows the file icon as a flower. See below

That indicates the shell extensions are not installed or somehow broken. Reinstalling the application would be the logical next thing to try, since it did work fine on my Windows 11 computer.
