There is a software key that is tied to the hardware and a registration user name, so unless you purchase, the link will not work with our hardware code.

New computer running windows 11. File explorer not showing preview for *.pes files (Brother Embroidery Software), but worked with no issues in Windows 10. Have read all of the potential solutions with no help. Appears file explorer cannot find the preview and may be associated with Onedrive, but not sure.
Contacted MS support and they said it was a 3rd party software issue and not a MS problem. They just ignored that everything worked fine in windows 10.
Would appreciate any help.

I installed the trial software on a Windows 10 machine to confirm it's behavior. Unfortunately, I don't get any thumbnails or previews, which implies that the trial version does not install the shell extensions for PES files. Maybe those extensions are only installed with the paid version. The only place I get a preview is in the app itself:
But, according to Brother, I should see thumbnails in Explorer (either in icon view or via Preview):

If I can't get it to work in Windows 10, I can't troubleshoot what's happening in Windows 11. I would need to test the same installer package you are using on Windows 11. If you would like me to do that, please use Wormhole to send me a copy of the installer package (probably an EXE or MSI file) that you are using.

The issue is the thumbnail is not displaying the preview as in Windows 10 File Explorer. Clearly MS has made a change in the way File Explorer works from Win 10 to Win 11 and is unwilling to acknowledge or help with a solution.
I am looking for a solution from someone in the community and clearly you do not have a solution except to revert back to Win 10, which will not work for this new laptop with apps that need the functionality of Win 11.
