windows 11 file explorer not showing preview for *.pes files

New computer running windows 11. File explorer not showing preview for *.pes files (Brother Embroidery Software), but worked with no issues in Windows 10. Have read all of the potential solutions with no help. Appears file explorer cannot find the preview and may be associated with Onedrive, but not sure.

Contacted MS support and they said it was a 3rd party software issue and not a MS problem. They just ignored that everything worked fine in windows 10.

Would appreciate any help.

    Yes, all other files show thumnails, jpg, pdf, etc

    Do you see thumbnails for other file types, such as photos (e.g. JPG files)?

    The regedit fixed the dialog box issue but still have the file explorer issue and does not show the flower as before.

    I can only suggest doing a reinstall of PE-Design 11 again and then run the thumbnail cache reset script again.
