New computer running windows 11. File explorer not showing preview for *.pes files (Brother Embroidery Software), but worked with no issues in Windows 10. Have read all of the potential solutions with no help. Appears file explorer cannot find the preview and may be associated with Onedrive, but not sure.
Contacted MS support and they said it was a 3rd party software issue and not a MS problem. They just ignored that everything worked fine in windows 10.
Would appreciate any help.

If you mean to uninstall and reinstall the software I cannot do it again as the the software key will not work.
Can you provide a fix?
I deleted the PE-DESIGN 11 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Brother\PE-DESIGN 11) and then I ran the setup program (Setup_eng.exe) and it gave me Modify, Repair, and Remove options:
I chose Remove to remove it and then I reinstalled. Maybe that will work for you, but I can't be sure.
If that doesn't work maybe Revo Uninstaller can remove it so you can reinstall.
If you mean to uninstall and reinstall the software I cannot do it again as the the software key will not work.

The software will not open any of the pes files now
Oh shoot. It looks like the MSI source path was in a binary format in the REG data I exported. Sorry about that. I thought it was all non-specific entries.
You'll need to reinstall the app. Hopefully it will let you do that. Again, sorry I missed that. MSIs are tricky. I should have thought of that stumbling block. If it refuses to uninstall/reinstall, let me know and I'll figure out how to clear it so it will reinstall.

The software is looking for a *.msi file - installation package and that is the only thing in the drop down on the bottom right of the image
