Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That is a problem many people report with the drivers that Windows Updates tries to install, if that update is continually failing, then the best option is to use to official Microsoft Show/Hide Tool to hide that driver update to stop Windows continually trying to install that driver.

Hi, I selected the download file but it will not download completely (Unconfirmed 64480.crdownload). I have a Lenovo laptop running on windows11. I went to the Lenovo site as well and could not locate the manual file to download for the device.

    Please help.

Sorry I can't help you find the manual file on the Lenovo site. I allowed the site to do an automatic scan of my machine, which determined that all my drivers are up to date. See Ceelbc's reply to me above in which he details his experience with contacting Microsoft. That may help shed some light on the situation for you.

For wushowhide you have to explicitly say tl tbe brouwser that it must keep it because it thinks that it is a virus.

For the driver, you can use Lenovo Vantage (is preinstalled on your computer) or there websites automated bridge software. It will say that there are no updates since it already installed it several months ago.

Ironically I saw the same with Edge, it flagged the file from Microsoft's own servers as malicious. I had to explicitly tell the browser to keep the file.
