You may try this: taskkill /im explorer.exe /f reagentc /setreimage /path C:\Recovery\WindowsRE reagentc /enable reagentc /info explorer.exe If that doesn't work, we must move EFI to the beginning of the disk and then prepare the Recovery partition.

Is Process Explorer running as administrator? Can you post the screenshot of the entire window?

How do i create this disk 100mb part in efi(disk1-ssd) my disk 0 is hdd which automatically created efi whereas my windows is installed in ssd so i want to make efi in disk1-ssd
