I just bought this computer less than 2 weeks ago and some updates have downloaded and installed but this one will not. the update I'm having problems with is 2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050009)

    Same here. My PC is only 8 weeks old.

    This update has failed to download and install for the past three days according to my Update history and the current version isn't downloading at all, it's been trying for two hours now and is stuck at 0%.

    same mine wont download at all. I think it did a couple weeks ago and it messed my laptop up, I have to wipe it and reinstall everything

    Same issue with my Dell Inspiron, the following update not getting installed:

    2025-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050009)

    It's asking for restart and then its giving error and it is again going back to the same 'Download' state.
