Why is Task Host stopping my PC from shutting down?

Whenever I shut PC down it says I have one app open and need to shut it down first. There is no apps open. The message also mentions the Task Host stopping the shut down.

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Sleep and Power on, off

    Hello,

    When I try to shut down my computer it says that Fortinet is preventing it from closing. I'm assuming it was installed during a recent update as I didn't install the app.

    Please help me!

    Please can someone tell me how to unsubscribe from the chats and replies on this question? I tried following s link at the bottom of one email, supposedly about achieving this - but no where did it lead to how to unsubscribe from anything. Just options to filter what you see.

    I need to stop getting emails about this!

    I tried this and did not work, going to try the restart deal - this just started all at once last Friday - Microsoft any solutions?
