Everything was working fine until I saw the update finish.
There have been no other changes.
IMAP, SMTP and password info are correct.
charter.net doesn't recognize the Outlook (New) login attempt.
NOTE: This is a Windows 11 PC (4 months old). I can't, nor do I want to, go back to Outlook "Classic".
I can login to my charter account and see my email (only). I have additional family accounts in Outlook (New).
I am afraid of losing data (For a third time) because of this updated ***** program.
Any suggestions?

I too am having issues with one email out of four on two separate laptops. These are all gmail accounts. I checked the email settings in chrome and made certain every single setting was the same. I deleted the account that was not syncing in outlook and reinstalled it. No change. Manually syncing brings up the 'syncing' box but it does not sync. Everything was flawless up to a few days ago.
I have the same issue! Changed nothing but after a Microsoft update, same problem. I installed the Thunderbird mail app and it has no issues receiving or sending my emails. The New Outlook is just dead!
So once again, Microsoft does the blame game, and the issues continue. This is not acceptable at all!

I have the same version and am having the exact same issue! Microsoft needs to fix their mistakes immediately!
I have the same issue - I cannot link my gmail account. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting the gmail account. Tried reloading Microsoft 365. NOTHING. I now show no emails period. On the same computer I can go to my gmail account online and see lots of emails. Please help!
