This error will not go away I kid you not. After increasing my recovery partition to 1GB and yet still there, ive already digged into the web deep enough and yet not even working. And no, I don't use bitlocker, just please get this annoyance off.

There were instructions to perform that were not followed.
Sea Tools was skipped before trying the bootable version.
HD Tune pro trial version instead of an older version
Chkdsk /b /v ran before HD Tune FULL error scan (only an incomplete scan ran)
Running them out of sequence will fail to display all of the drive problems.
Correcting errors in the Volume Bitmap.
Windows has made corrections to the file system.
