My Pc have a problem of security at a glance in windows security and when I start the windows security from services it also don't started and show error - window is unable to start windows security services. Please resolve this

Unfortunately, the only option is to obtain a USB setup disk and do a clean install. If possible, ask a friend to create the USB setup disk for you. The setup disk can be made from any Windows 10/11 system regardless of the edition.
