I'm not sure what causes this issue, Haydar. I guess that a 3rd party driver is causing this. I have seen two other cases with the same issue. One was resolved by formatting the EFI partition, and the other user had to reset Windows.

Running Process Explorer (as admin) and determining the open handles might help.

Do we know what may have caused this to occur, or what caused it for that other user you mentioned experienced it?

The EFI and the WinRE partitions show up as RAW. Another user faced this issue last month, but reformatting the EFI partition didn't help.

Anyway, let's try reformatting and rebuilding it.

Please create a Windows 10 USB setup disk

You'll need a USB stick of 8GB or higher capacity to create a USB setup disk. The contents of the USB stick will be erased during the disk creation process.

Download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

After creating the USB setup disk, boot the computer using it. To do so, you may need to change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings. Consult your system or motherboard manual to learn how to access the UEFI settings for your model.

On the Windows Setup language selection screen, press Shift + F10 to enter Windows RE Command Prompt.

In WinRE Command Prompt, run these commands:

diskpart

select disk 0

select part 1

assign letter=Y

list vol

exit
