My PC keeps crashing and having BSOD ever since I charged my JBL speaker into the back ports

Hi All,

Yesterday, my back USB ports were automatically disabled to save energy. I renabled them to charge my portable speaker. Ever since then I keep getting tabs from google crashing, games crashing and ultimately I would get the BSOD with every time a different code: "UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", more...

Please help me get this fixed,

Please note that before all of this happened I was charging my speaker to the computer without a problem.

Yeah, I think its the best solution for this because it has been very bothersome and frustrating not being able to use my PC these pas few days.

Are there a lot of steps to factory reset my PC?

Open the Settings App, then go to System - Recovery.

From there, you can start the Windows Reset operation, be sure to choose the option to keep your files, to ensure you do not loose any data, you will need to re-install your software when the reset completes.

When you reset Windows it is like re-installing a new version of Windows, your apps will need to be re-installed after the reset.
