My PC keeps crashing and having BSOD ever since I charged my JBL speaker into the back ports

Hi All,

Yesterday, my back USB ports were automatically disabled to save energy. I renabled them to charge my portable speaker. Ever since then I keep getting tabs from google crashing, games crashing and ultimately I would get the BSOD with every time a different code: "UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", more...

Please help me get this fixed,

Please note that before all of this happened I was charging my speaker to the computer without a problem.

    Hi, I failed resetting my PC indicating "Failed to reset your PC. No changes were made." What could be the cause to that?

    If the reset operation is failing, your recovery image is corrupt, the best option would be to backup your files, create a bootable Windows USB, then use that to clean install Windows, that will also create a new recovery image on your drive.

    I have already transfered some of my important files elsewhere. Just to clear up, are you suggesting me to do a clean wipe of all my drivers along with the PC reset? because I think I saw that option when I reset my PC earlier in advance startup.

    No, that option to wipe all drives using the Windows reset is a method for securely wipe all drives and that process can take a long time, possibly days to securely wipe the drives.

    Clean installing Windows from a bootable USB is a big job, you will need an empty 8GB USB flash drive, if you have never done this before, it would be best to get someone there to help you with the process,.

    to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can create a bootable USB flash drive (min 8GB) using that tool

    Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS) to begin installing Windows 11

    During the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 11 on this PC'.
