My PC keeps crashing and having BSOD ever since I charged my JBL speaker into the back ports

Hi All,

Yesterday, my back USB ports were automatically disabled to save energy. I renabled them to charge my portable speaker. Ever since then I keep getting tabs from google crashing, games crashing and ultimately I would get the BSOD with every time a different code: "UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", more...

Please help me get this fixed,

Please note that before all of this happened I was charging my speaker to the computer without a problem.

You need to get the drivers from the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website to download and install the drivers, you do not need to go into UEFI.

If you have any difficulty locating the support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

Do i need to go into UEFI to do that? Or just through device manager is fine?
