My PC keeps crashing and having BSOD ever since I charged my JBL speaker into the back ports

Hi All,

Yesterday, my back USB ports were automatically disabled to save energy. I renabled them to charge my portable speaker. Ever since then I keep getting tabs from google crashing, games crashing and ultimately I would get the BSOD with every time a different code: "UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", more...

Please help me get this fixed,

Thank you in advance.

Please note that before all of this happened I was charging my speaker to the computer without a problem.

Yes, I think now it is time to consider resetting Windows, if none of the options have resolved the problem.

Hi I came back with some update: I have successfully reset my PC with the option to keep my files but the PC still crashes. Is there any other way my PC could go back to normal? Should I fully reset my PC along with all my data (a full factory reset) or should I bring it out to CentreCom so they can check it for me?

Force your PC to restart to see if you can get out of that reset loop.

Sorry for the late reply, I am currently still in Settings and it's been like this for hours now.

Please provide more information on that, is your system still in the reset operation, or are you inside Windows and your system is lagging.
