My PC keeps crashing and having BSOD ever since I charged my JBL speaker into the back ports

Hi All,

Yesterday, my back USB ports were automatically disabled to save energy. I renabled them to charge my portable speaker. Ever since then I keep getting tabs from google crashing, games crashing and ultimately I would get the BSOD with every time a different code: "UNEXPEXTED_STORE_EXCEPTION", "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION", more...

Please help me get this fixed,

Please note that before all of this happened I was charging my speaker to the computer without a problem.

    Your minidump files indicate a virtual driver associate to Avast anti-virus and also a USB audio driver as the cause of your system crashes.

    For testing purposes, completely uninstall Avast anti-virus using the Avast Removal Tool that Avast provide on their website, then wait to see if your system is stable.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
