Thanks for the screenshot.
You have a valid OEM license. You will be able to upgrade to the stable version without any activation issues.
I suggest you perform an In-place Upgrade to the latest version (24H2) using a Windows ISO file.
Don't worry. It's a simple procedure, and you have the option to keep files, settings, and apps. Therefore, all your data is kept.
(I recommend backing up your personal files to an external storage device or cloud storage service as a precaution.)
(If you have a third-party antivirus installed, temporarily disable it during the entire procedure.)
Instructions below:
- Download the Windows 11 ISO file from the link below;
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
- Double-click the ISO to run;
(After running the ISO, you may need to double-click the "Setup" file to start the procedure.)
- On the "Install Windows 11" screen, uncheck "I want to help make the installation of Windows better" and select "Change how Windows Setup download updates";
- On the next screen, select "Not right now" and click "Next";
- Accept the terms of use;
- On the "Ready to install" screen, select "Choose what to keep" and select what you want to keep.
(In this step, select "Keep personal files and apps" so that all your data is kept.)
- Click "Install" and wait for the procedure to finish. Your computer may restart several times.
At the end of the procedure, your Windows 11 will be in the latest version (24H2), and some updates may already be installed. But check Windows Update to be sure.
After finishing the procedure, see if the system will work stably.
If you get any errors or the crash occurs again after doing this, let me know. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
