Could you download and install SetupDiag from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/setupdiag and then share the folders that it creates?

This way, I can better analyze the logs and tell you what went wrong during the upgrade.

I cannot seem to find the log it is supposed to create. When I run the file it opens cmd, then it immediately closes with nothing else happening.
