Error 0x1900101 WIn 11 24H2 I Am Clueless

Tried many times to update WIn11 23H2 to 24H2. Gets to a certain point and rolls back. Error 0x1900101. Tried so many things online, but this seems to be a generic error and it does not help. No clue where to turn to fix it at this point. Can someone help?

    I do not understand #4. Logitech is my keyboard and mouse. I have no other hardware to swap.

    Drivers overtime can misbehave.

    They can cause hangs, freezes, BSOD, etc.

    WDV identified a misbehaving Logitech driver.

    Please reinstall a new driver.

    In #9 where you say test all drivers, does that include MS drivers?

    For all drivers please select all non-Microsoft drivers as per the earliest posts.

    Please reinstall the misbehaving drivers (steps 4 - 7) (step 1 in the next post) > create a restore point > restart WDV

    AM I supposed to do everything in this first post, and then do what is in the second. This is totally overwhelming and I feel like I am getting nowhere.

    Please complete the posts and post steps in sequence.

    Take your time.

    Progress was made in identifying the problematic drivers.

    Now reinstall.

    Always have a replacement driver before uninstalling.

    I also need to know how to uninstall a driver. Do I just remove it from Device manager, and install the download right away. Or reboot first after I uninstall it.

    As I said in another message, I figured out Safe mode.

    AM I supposed to do everything in this first post, and then do what is in the second. This is totally overwhelming and I feel like I am getting nowhere.

    1. Uninstall Dropbox software:

    dbx dbx c:\windows\system32\drivers\dbx.sys

    1. Create a new restore point
    2. Any drivers, software, or hardware can be remodified after a successful upgrade.
    3. Restart WDV with all customized tests except:

    [ ] 0x00000004 Randomized low resources simulation.

    Test all drivers.

    If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings

    Post a share link.

    For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

    This time the PC booted and as I was saving querysettings, I got a BSOD. I noticed on that screen that it said: driver verifier detected violation in dbx.sys.

    I booted the second time, and ran V2, got another late BSOD that had the same driver verifier note.

    Here is the V2 from that: SOUNDCHASER-(2025-03-30_15-21-38).zip

    I then booted to Safe Mode (yes, figured it out), reset the verifier, booted back up, and ran V2 again: SOUNDCHASER-(2025-03-30_15-32-40).zip
