Tried many times to update WIn11 23H2 to 24H2. Gets to a certain point and rolls back. Error 0x1900101. Tried so many things online, but this seems to be a generic error and it does not help. No clue where to turn to fix it at this point. Can someone help?

    FRST Scan Results.zip

    Hi,

    1. The 0xC1900101 errors can be caused by third-party encryption software like VeraCrypt. It is suggested that you temporarily disable VeraCrypt encryption.

    Then, please do the following:

    1. Backup the registry using Acelogix Regbak.
    2. Run the following fixlist to eliminate some 3rd party drivers.
    • Download fixlist.txt
    • Save Fixlist.txt to the folder where FRST64English.exe is located.
    • Close all programs.
    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
    • Restart Windows when prompted.
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings
