Tried many times to update WIn11 23H2 to 24H2. Gets to a certain point and rolls back. Error 0x1900101. Tried so many things online, but this seems to be a generic error and it does not help. No clue where to turn to fix it at this point. Can someone help?

Like I said, the PC would not let me boot into safe mode. I hit the key for command prompt and within a few seconds the PC shut off. So I do not have a clue what you would want me to do in that case, other than what I did, which was a system restore. So how would I get to a command prompt in that case??????????

Whenever possible perform hard reboots to recover from WDV BSOD:

    Option nine:

Boot to Advanced Startup (WinRE) in Windows 11 | Windows 11 Forum

Then run one or more of these commands:

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

    Please restart WDV running only:

    [ ] 0x02000000 Code integrity checks.

    Test these driver groups:

    Group 1

    iastorvd.sys

    ialpss2_gpio2_adl.sys

    ialpss2_i2c_adl.sys

    ibtusb.sys

    pxhlpa64.sys

    dokan1.sys

    Group 2

    veracrypt.sys

    cbfs20.sys

    tap-pia-0901.sys

    nvlddmkm.sys

    igdkmdn64.sys

    Group 3

    gna.sys

    netwtw14.sys

    teedriverw10x64.sys

    rtsper.sys

    e3k25cx21x64.sys

    nvvad64v.sys

    nvhda64v.sys

    googledrivefs31626.sys

    semav6msr64.sys

    ndis.sys

    netadaptercx.sys

    mbbcx.sys

    wificx.sys

    wdiwifi.sys

    Group 4

    leqdusb.sys

    lhideqd.sys

    lhidfilt.sys

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings

    Post a share link.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

Tried to boot to safe mode command prompt and after the second failure to do that, I did a System Restore
