When I log into my computer I am greeted with a black screen and the error message above. After looking up how to fix the error I realized that people can navigate their computer which I cant all I can do is go into recovery state and into bios as well sometimes when I log in my Wallpaper Engine is open. I've tried resetting my computer fully but it messes up very early in the process.

    You need to look for lines containing the word "repair" and see which DLLs couldn't be fixed. Those files can be sourced from another computer.

    (or)

    You can do a reset via WinRE. In WinRE, click Troubleshoot → Reset this PC. Choose "Keep my files" and "Cloud download" options.

    It's needed for troubleshooting. If possible, copy it to USB stick and share it on gofile.io from another computer.

    The notepad opened but there is at least hundreds of lines. I don't know if I could get all of them.

    Run:

    sfc /scannow /offbootdir=e:\  /offwindir=e:\windows  /offlogfile=e:\sfcoffline.txt

    notepad c:\sfcoffline.txt

    Post the contents of c:\sfcoffline.txt.
