When I log into my computer I am greeted with a black screen and the error message above. After looking up how to fix the error I realized that people can navigate their computer which I cant all I can do is go into recovery state and into bios as well sometimes when I log in my Wallpaper Engine is open. I've tried resetting my computer fully but it messes up very early in the process.

I was referring to the BCDEDIT output. If the OSdrive is mentioned as E:, then it's fine. There is no need for the output.
By the way, did the DIR command complete correctly? The screenshot shows the command was still in execution.

After it completes, it shows all the sfc.dll modules from the component store. We can find the latest one and copy it to System32 to fix the issue.
